Made from Mild steel and nylon

laser cut profiles welded together, 4 shafts per assembly turned on our XYX CT 65 withbearing tolerances and Circlip grooves.

8 rollers per assembly turned with bearing fits in one end

All assembled with bearings and circlips to hold the rollers in our factory ready to install on a cantilever gate.
