1 set of 10 25mm Roller Boxes

Manually turned on out Colchester lathe, milled and drilled on our Dugard achieving tight tolerances for the shoes to slide in and out using a turning motion.

The shoes are machined on our XYZ 560 to tight tolerances and drilled to put the rollers in which hold the cable running through them.

4 sets of rollers are adjusted to contact the cable.

All machined and assembled at Precision Engineering UK Ltd and supplied to Ridgway Machines Ltd to assemble on one of there machines
