8 off mandrels made from start to finish, Turned manually on one of our Colchester lathes to 38.08/38.06mm Diameter, drilled and tapped. Then a fixture made to hold the mandrel to put the 6 slots in on a 5 degree angle 5.1mm to 5.3mm wide on our CNC XYZ 560

Then sent to nitride harden for 45 hours and delivered to our customer.
